Editorial Board: A diverse and expert editorial board will be established, consisting of faculty representation and undergraduate students from relevant fields. The board will be responsible for reviewing submissions, maintaining editorial standards, and providing guidance to authors.

 

Submission and Review Process: A user-friendly online platform will be developed to facilitate the submission, review, and publication of articles. The review process will follow a rigorous but efficient peer-review system, ensuring the quality and integrity of the published research.

 

Outreach and Promotion: Efforts will be made to promote the journal within the academic community, targeting undergraduate researchers, faculty and librarians. The libraries will play a role in supporting the publication development. Additionally, collaborations with existing OER initiatives and scientific societies will be sought to enhance the impact of the journal.
